May 13 After an outstanding qualification session, our Formula 3 pilot Noel Jammal won the pole position by scoring a new track record time of 1,35.697. This pole shows the technical advance of Cedars, the first Arab F3 champions, as well as Noel's great talent as a racing pilot. May 14: Despite bad weather conditions and two race incidents, Johan Jokinen who started at the 8th position, finished the race forth after amazing fights. Noel Jammal, while fighting to lead the F3 race, made a spin round and got back on track at the 13th position. He finally finished the race eighth. May 15: The second day of the Formula 3 competition was as exciting as the first for Johan, starting third on the grid, he consistently got the fastest lap and did not stop attacking until he won the motor race. Jokinen's victory also gave the top spot on the podium for our Lebanese Motor Sport Team. Hard luck for Noel who had to abandon once again the motor racing circuit due to a race incident; Undoubtedly, Magny Cours does not always smile to Noel; Last year, after having won the first F3 race, we all remember his brutal crash on the 2nd day. This year Jammal did not have the chance to defend his tremendous Pole.
